Welcome to the Kuder Professional Development Advisor Training®: Fundamentals™, Part 2 course!

This course consists of Part 2 of the two-part course designed to improve your skills to assist employees in achieving their professional development goals. Successful completion of this course is equivalent to five Professional Development Credits (PDCs), which can be applied towards SHRM recertification requirements.

In Part 2, participants will work through two modules: Understanding the Kuder Career Planning System® and Planning Career Development Programs. Participants are required to complete between four and five steps in each module. Module steps include reading material, recorded lectures, assignments, quizzes, and surveys. All steps must be completed in sequence prior to receive credit.
