Welcome to the Kuder Professional Development Advisor Training®: Fundamentals™, Part 1 course!
This course consists of Part 1 of a two part course designed to improve your skills to assist employees in achieving their professional development goals. Successful completion of the course is equivalent to five Professional Development Credits (5 PDCs), which can be applied towards SHRM recertification requirements.
In Part One, participants will work through two modules: Basic Helping Skills and Career Guidance Theory. Participants are required to complete between four and six steps in each module. Module steps include reading material, recorded lectures, assignments, quizzes and surveys. These steps must be completed in sequence, beginning with Module 1.
Fulfillment of all course components is required prior to registering for Part 2 of this course.
