Welcome to the Kuder Professional Development Advisor Training®: Fundamentals™ course!

This course combines both Part 1 and Part 2; offering four modules of content at a discounted rate. Successful completion of the entire course is equivalent to 10 Professional Development Credits (PDCs), which can be applied towards SHRM recertification requirements.

In Part One, participants will work through two modules: Basic Helping Skills and Career Guidance Theory. In Part Two, participants will work through two modules: Understanding the Kuder Career Planning System® and Planning Career Development Programs.

Participants are required to complete between four and five steps in each module. Module steps include reading material, recorded lectures, assignments, quizzes and surveys. These steps must be completed in sequence, beginning with Module 1.
